With 38 years plus of industry experience Debbie offers so much more than an incredible service! She takes amazing care of all hair types and has an eye for that end result throughout her entire service to reach each client's individual goals! She is one of Colorado's best color correction artists and has a reputation for her dimensional color techniques! McKaelynn Williams

What an absolute treat it is to sit in McKaelynn's chair! With 6 + years experience behind the chair, she is making big strides in our industry as a whole. We consider her our jack of all trades, being trained in the art of traditional barbering, as well as our local color specialist. Being a Redken Certified Stylist has elevated her ability to customize every canvas she works with. Specializing in custom lived in color, grey blending and design - she is sure to guide you to the best fit for your lifestyle! She has a genuine passion for our industry and will be going very far with her career as a direct result of that passion.

As a 3rd year stylist in the industry, she has a variety of skills and knowledge that will provide you with a great experience. Her personality is so inviting and her skills behind the chair are equally enticing. Emily specializes in Blonding, Vivid Color and Design work. She also offers a variety of extension services that will enhance your over all look! She is happy to keep your experience chatty or provide a minimally stimulating experience depending on what you need that day. Jewel Vandenhoek

Her journey in the world of Esthetics began during her high school years when she personally experienced the challenges of hormonal acne. This personal struggle ignited a deep interest in skincare and a desire to help others overcome their skin care challenges. As she pursued her education in esthetics, she discovered her true passion for enhancing natural beauty and empowering her guests to be confident in their own skin. With a genuine love for what she does, she is committed to partnering with you to provide exceptional services and mapping out your skins care long term.

Meet Maddy! Growing up as a Delta native, she has explored the western slope and all that the outdoors has to offer! She is a gifted colorist, and does a great blowout too! We are so excited to have her join the Spotlight Fam as a hybrid barber. She has a passion for customizing her guests experience and that all starts with her consultation. Creating a canvas that works for each of her guest's lifestyle is always her priority. We can't wait to see all of the incredible things this young lady will bring to our ever-changing industry!
