With 30 years plus of industry experience Debbie offers so much more than an incredible service! She takes amazing care of all hair types and has an eye for that end result throughout her entire service to reach each client's individual goals! She is one of Colorado's best color correction artists and has a reputation for her dimensional color techniques! McKaelynn Williams

What an absolute treat it is to sit in McKaelynn's chair! With 4 + years experience behind the chair, she is making big strides in our industry as a whole. We consider her our jack of all trades, being trained in the art of traditional barbering, as well as our local color specialist. Being a Redken Certified Stylist has elevated her ability to customize every canvas she works with. Specializing in custom lived in color and design - she is sure to guide you to the best fit for your lifestyle! She has a genuine passion for our industry and will be going very far with her career as a direct result of that passion.
Sharon Knob

You will feel right at home in Sharon's chair there's no doubt about that! As a 7 year vet in the industry she has a variety of skills and knowledge that will provide you with a great experience. Her personality is so inviting and her skills behind the chair are equally enticing. Sharon specializes in Color and design work. She also offers a variety of waxing services that will enhance your over all look! As a Colorado native she loves to snowboard and play outside whenever she can! Jewel Vandenhoek

Shayla Rice

Shayla is a breath of fresh air for the beauty industry. Being a Colorado native, she loves all things hair, skin, nails, waxing, lash work, and barbering. She has a strong passion for vibrant fantasy colors, extension work, and Locs. Shayla loves to give her guests the prescription to healthy beautiful hair. It is a priority in her chair to help each guest be their most authentic selves. Rose Walker

With ten years experience and coming from the Aspen Valley, Rose is excited to make all your hair dreams come true! Rose is a Colorado native who very much enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, Ace. She specializes in "lived in hair" such as balayage and high lift blonding. After a recent move to the area, she is thrilled to be starting a new journey at Spotlight. Meet Maddy! Growing up as a Delta native, she has explored the western slope and all that the outdoors has to offer! We are so excited to have her join the Spotlight Fam as a hybrid barber. She has a passion for customizing her guests experience and that all starts with her consultation. Creating a canvas that works for each of her guest's lifestyle is always her priority. We can't wait to see all of the incredible things this young lady will bring to our ever-changing industry!

Leona comes to us from the roaring fork valley with 12 year experience! She is passionate about all things beauty, but has a deep love for vivid color and custom perms. If you are looking for a stylist who can achieve a custom edgy look for you Leona is your girl! Being in the industry the past 12 years she has seen and done it all.
