Meet Maddy! Growing up as a Delta native, she has explored the western slope and all that the outdoors has to offer! She is a gifted colorist, and does a great blowout too! We are so excited to have her join the Spotlight Fam as a hybrid barber. She has a passion for customizing her guests experience and that all starts with her consultation. Creating a canvas that works for each of her guest's lifestyle is always her priority. We can't wait to see all of the incredible things this young lady will bring to our ever-changing industry!

After more than 30 years in the beauty industry, Emily knows that beautiful hair is about more than following trends—it’s about creating a look that complements your features, fits your lifestyle, and makes you feel your best. She specializes in customized color, lived-in blondes, gray coverage, and precision cuts designed to grow out beautifully. Emily takes pride in providing a relaxed, personalized experience where every client feels heard and cared for. Kasey Dillon - Master Stylist/Extension Specialist & Bridal Artist
With eight years behind the chair, Kasey brings a thoughtful blend of artistry and care to every appointment. She specializes in long hair, dimensional blonding, bridal hair and makeup, and seamless hair extensions—creating transformations that add length, fullness, and effortless beauty. Known for her warm presence and genuine connections with her guests, she prioritizes understanding each client’s hair goals while helping them feel confident both in the salon and at home. Debbie Becker - Owner & Stylist
With 40 years plus of industry experience Debbie offers so much more than an incredible service! She takes amazing care of all hair types and has an eye for that end result throughout her entire service to reach each client's individual goals! She is one of Colorado's best color correction artists and has a reputation for her dimensional color techniques! Personalizing every haircut is a priority for Debbie, being that every head shape is a little bit different.
